    PopShorts is currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee our partnerships, handle client projects, and measure success. We are looking for a creative, go-getter, self-motivated individual to be a part of our Orange County team. For this role, the individual will lead the influencer strategy, campaign oversight, network development, and identify the right talent to fulfill the programming in order to create and execute successful influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate we are looking for should have superior negotiation skills and a proven track record working directly with clients, talent, agents, and managers.

    Responsibilities:
    – Being the client’s point of contact for the day-to-day communication of the partnership and influencer program
    – Assisting the strategy team to complete the client’s campaign objectives
    – Handle delivery and deadline schedules
    – Collaborate with the production team as well as other teams including creative, media, and talent to create original content
    – Participate in partnership negotiations, compositions, and plans
    – Be aware of new updates on social media platforms and industry trends, while always updating clients and sales teams
    – Using digital analytics tools like Demographics pro, Creator IQ and IBM Watson integrations to monitor performance and effectiveness of influencer campaigns
    – Create and present project reportings from beginning to end with key objectives and overall execution

    Requirements

    – Passion for social media and influencer marketing is a MUST
    – Must have 4+ years experience in campaign and/or account management
    – Experience in being the client’s internal point of contact
    – Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across projects with different teams
    – Be able to confidently lead meetings and present to clients
    – Strong attention to detail
    – Self-motivated, confident and be able to work independently and with a team
    – Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Powerpoint
    – Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro and/or other photo and video editing tools is a plus
