    PopShorts is seeking a Creative Resource Coordinator who is reliable and should be able to establish trust with the creative team. This individual will be the link between accounts, strategy, production and creative teams to ensure a successful campaign and improving workflow within departments. This position includes a high production of work, meeting strict project deadlines, assembling outlines, and working extensively with tools such as PipeDrive and Prospect.io, Creator IQ, and Buffer. This person will support the creative team extensively by gathering client information, resources, and results. The applicant is also held accountable for editing, proofing marketing projects, and quality control.

    Responsibilities:
    – Understand the social media atmosphere and stay aware of current and upcoming creative campaigns, trends, language, and resources
    – Being the main point of contact when booking talent by handling agents and managers for the Creative team
    – Monitoring multiple campaigns while ensuring project timelines for one’s self and the creative department
    – Working strictly with account and/or project leads by following up on job progress
    – Be current with accounts, prioritize and communicate daily and/or weekly on project requests with team
    – Managing schedule and budget on projects while keeping in mind the available resources and deadlines

    Requirements

    – Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field of studies
    – Must have 2+ years in advertising/marketing resource management experience
    – The ability to adapt to changing environments
    – Strong problem-solving skills
    – Have experience in managing creative work
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Powerpoint
    – Comfortable leading meetings and dealing with unforeseen issues
