    PopShorts is looking for an Account Executive who possesses great leadership skills, is self-motivated, and is built for success!. The applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the accounts team and will oversee account management of digital projects. Most importantly, you will have the responsibility of building a strong client to agency relationships and maintaining them to continue overall revenue growth. The applicant will also be responsible throughout a project timeline for managing administrative and organizational workflow to ensure all campaigns are to be completed on time and on budget.

    – Generating new leads and prospecting accounts
    – Opening and closing customer contract/deals
    – Knowing customer needs and the ability to solve problems efficiently
    – Proficient at handling and resolving client complaints and issues while preserving the company’s reputation
    – Prepare presentations and/or proposals to present in a persuasive manner to customers, prospects, and clients
    – Network and build relationships with new and current existing client base


    – Experience with large and/or mid-size agencies or accounts
    – Proven track record or past success of established relationships in the social media/influencer industry
    – Superior negotiation and presentation skills
    – Experience in leading a team to achieve revenue targets and meeting strict campaign deadlines
    – 3-5+ years of experience in an agency setting, in either selling direct or to executive level advertising agency contacts
