We’ve worked with social media creators both large and small to make meaningful content for the likes of Sony, Chase, Fox, ABC, NBC, Paramount, Burger King, Nature Made, The CW, Hulu, Google, Adobe, and Disney.

    Our company is seeking a great Group Creative Director. You will work with our designers, artists, copywriters, and sales team to create a visual for branding. You’ll be responsible for initiating new ideas for branding concepts and campaign messages for advertising. The project will vary by the industry but will focus around social and influencer marketing. Overall, the candidate should be able to inspire the creatives to take our marketing to the next level as we continue our growth.

    Responsibilities:
    – Schedule, build and plan out creative projects around social and digital marketing
    – Develop marketing strategies that will accomplish all goals and translate to all audiences
    – Choosing and designing campaign styles for concepts
    – Manage and meet all deadlines and budgets set by
    – Day to day management of the creative department in small or large projects
    – Assist in creating quality work involving media, graphic design, and advertising
    – Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, make decisions on final copy, final art, and finished media, and provide feedback to the team

    Requirements

    – Superior communication skills to provide the creative team with assistance, management, and encouragement
    – Understanding of content across all marketing platforms including digital, social media, and mobile
    – Superior creative vision to lead our creative team of talent
    – Hands-on experience in design, production, and management
    – Superior leadership and organization skills
    – 5-7 years of related experience in creative departments at an agency
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Powerpoint
    – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro is a must
